Do you take insurance? Can I use my HSA?

606 Physio is an Out-of-Network physical therapy provider and does not accept payment from insurance. We require payment up front but many of our patients get partial reimbursement from their insurance for our services. We can assist in this process and verify your out of network insurance benefits for you.

Being out of network is intentional as it allows us to make the best clinical care decisions for you and not what and insurance company tells us to do. It also allows us to work 1:1 with patients and give the quality care that is not available at traditional insurance based physical therapy clinics.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No, Illinois is a direct access state and no physician referral is required for physical therapy

Do you offer Post Op Rehab?

Yes, our therapists have extensive experience treating post operative conditions including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, and more

Do I need to have an injury to book an appointment?

No, many of the patients we work with do not have pain but are working toward long term optimal health, wellness, strength and mobility
